Interesting...

I, as the other reviewer, am not familiar with this type of music. It is very interesting. I liked the tapping sound that reminds me of a metal gear solid type ambient tap. I also like the filter applied at 39 seconds.

thanks for the review! glad you liked it

I agree, sounds like VG music

I agree with metallikid6, it sounds like video game music. The synths and leads sound great; however, when I think of DnB, I think of a more harsher beat but that's just me. It was very light and I personally believe this would fit better in the VG section but I don't know. You posted this on ArtistCraze before, right? Because I believe I remember hearing this on AC.

Good track,

Bracksta responds:

Ya part of the song is specifically VG music lol. I wish newgrounds had a Breakbeat/trance genre, because the rhythms are breakbeat, but the instruments are trance. you are right about the percussion, i can never find harsh enough samples for my DNB and BreakBeat! Arg! thanks for the review :)!

Awesome remix

Awesome remix, It is recognizable as mortal kombat, yet unique enough to still be very original.

Bracksta responds:

thanks jx180 :D, you took it for exactly as it is :).

Sounds Awesome

Very come and will make great background music. Just like the last reviewer said, it sinks into the background, it isn't too powerful or overbearing. It's just right.

Bracksta responds:

ya i stuck to light on the soul :)

Amazing quality

Teach me. NAO!!1!

Very chill sound. I like the little transition at 1:33, and how you use that sound instead of the standard crash. One of my favorites from you. The ending. Amazing. It felt, somewhat comforting the way you ended with dialogue. You've really been playing around with voice samples, you've been using them constantly lol. It's good, it contributes to the story heavily.

Bracksta responds:

dude i have been just making what i love :). I have learned to make music of this level through many years and songs lol. i am happy that i can just make what i love and others like it too, that is a huge blessing. i pull the vocals off of youtube and just sample away, it takes a lil time and skill to know where best to place them, but it is pretty easy and strait forward. thanks for the great review, peace bro

Very good!

I especially loved the beginning. A very professional sounding intro. Also the sound quality rocked. 1:28 was great and so was 2:48 and 2:53. You've got the perfect synth. One of my favs from you.

Bracksta responds:

i am glad you could bob your head with me :D. the song was a chilled out space ride and flows like martian butter, if there was such a thing

Very Nice

Very nice melody and synths.

Bracksta responds:

ya, i might have overkilled the layers a bit, lol

Very Nice!

This is awesome! Especially the kick. The effects sound really good. The background synth in the middle sounded like a synth orchestra, like synth cellos.

Bracksta responds:

thanks for stopping by :D! Thanks for the great review man!

Amazing

That's all I have to say. Especially how you made it sort of stutter at 4:11 or 4:20.

Bracksta responds:

thanks man, i love reviews :D, they maka mea so happy!

Guitar saved it.

If the "guitar" wasn't there, it would have been really boring, repetitive, and probably bad (much like ATB's "Till I Come (9 PM)"). The solo sounded awesome. (I'm reviewing as I'm listening.) The buildup at 0:14 was great. Everything together at 3:30 sounds great. Ending is also awesome.

One thing: WTF was with the Universal theme at the end?

Bracksta responds:

lol, the theme at the end i added because it gave a victorious feeling at the end of the song. idk why, but i really liked it, shrugs
